Rachel Murray is amazing to work with!! She’s extremely friendly and helpful. I called 3 other security companies before contacting Prudential Alarm. They were all difficult to work with and not very helpful with answering my questions. Rachel went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I didn’t know anything about security systems, and the installation process was my main concern. She gave me great technical advice and made sure the installation process went very smoothly.
