We were so fed up with our Control4 smart-home platform and ready to abandon it until we had Quantum (Michael) come out to our home and fix the problems we were having. Now we are sorry we had ever entertained the thought. We now love it! Previous Control4 authorized dealers we had used in the past made using the system so complex for us to use that we became frustrated and there was pressure for us to purchase updated equipment in order to make the system work as we wanted. Other companies also were not as responsive to our service calls. However, Michael changed all that. He responded quickly to our calls and was great with follow up. He came to the rescue by listening to what we wanted and needed, made changes to the software accordingly and explained how we could better use what we had with our existing Control4 system. There was no pressure to buy new equipment or new software and Quantum's fees are very reasonable. I'm convinced Quantum is the most knowledgeable company in the Charlotte area regarding Control4 and smart-home applications and Michael is the best. Very professional, conscientious and customer-friendly. We highly recommend using them!
