We had an emergency at 6am on Saturday, June 9, 2018. We have 31 We contacted Bobby from RAM Systems and he answered the phone and was a life saver for our Salon. His attitude was very helpful and he kept following up with me throughout the day until we decided what caused the problem. We are now in the process of installing new equipment damaged by the lighting storm. He and John are always willing to help when we call. Thank you for your help.
