Our HOA just completed an extensive access control and surveillance project with RSS and we are very happy with the end result. RSS’ technicians are extremely customer-oriented and do a great job. There were times early in the project that RSS appeared overwhelmed and was not as responsive, but we learned to spend time up-front doing walk-throughs and planning the project, and agreeing to timelines in writing so that all parties are in sync regarding expectations.
