We had the privilege of having RI Home Security install our new alarm system in the home we just purchased. From the initial consultation with Jake to the install, everything was simple and seamless in terms of picking out the equipment. Jake came and did the installation himself and spent a significant amount of time with us to explain the equipment, how to use it, and how to use the mobile application. Jake spent the time to answer any questions that we had about the system, service, or application. If you are looking for an alarm system, I highly recommend RI Home Security based on their expertise, experience, and knowledge!!
