I moved to a new house with an existing alarm system with keypad, exterior door sensors, and interior motion sensors, but no motherboard. Ryan did a walk-through and gave me a quote based on a motherboard and 1 hour of labor. Greg did the install but I ended up needing a new keypad too and it took 3 hours, so the final cost was almost 3 times the original estimate. Greg called his office and offered to only charge me for 1 hour of labor. I still had to pay more than the original quote because I had to pay for the new keypad, but I thought this was a fair compromise for everyone. Greg answered all my questions and handled the cost issue swiftly and professionally. I don't know if another alarm company would have done the same for me. Thank you, RAC!
