Springbrook Condominium has been a customer of Royce for over 15 years. During that time, they have been extremely responsive for any emergency like our not entry gate to our parking lot not working, hurricane damage, and fencing. Over the years we have grown to know the owners and employees. We recently had a large repair on our external fencing and pool gates which was completed to our satifaction. Even if a repair is large, we will automatically call Royce because they are efficient, do an extremely good job and have excellent customer service.
