Had an excellent experience with Safe and Secure Alarms and Video that spared me an incredible amount of stress. Even though my camera system was installed years ago by a friend of mine, John didn’t hesitate in offering to get it running right when I called out of the blue panicky that my cameras were down, and was willing to spend a lot of time with me to identify the problem and solve it. In my experience, many in this field don’t want to touch systems they haven’t installed. I regret that I did not know him when I had the system installed initially, but will definitely use his company to maintain it and to overhaul my security system. He is very friendly and easy to talk to, and I highly recommend Safe and Secure Alarms for any and all security and surveillance needs!
