From start to finish the process was easy. I filled out an online inquiry form about a free system and received a phone call from a young lady. We had a conversation about what I wanted and she made me appointment for later that day. The gentleman that came out was very pleasant and signed us up for a system where we paid very little out of pocket to get everything going. He scheduled our installation and left detailed notes for the installation tech. Our tech Shuan was prompt, courteous, professional and respectful. He confirmed what we were getting and where everything was going then installed everything without a hitch. Whenever he had to test the system he advised us before doing so and ensured I understood how to operate the system from the panel as well as app prior to leaving. I'm currently happy we made the decision to switch to SafeTouch.
