A security company has but one job: to keep their customers safe by responding IN A TIMELY MANNER to an alarm THAT MAY BE AN EMERGENCY. Last night, and not for the first time, the response to my alarm was inexcusably late. But according to Seacoast, there was indeed an excuse: They were busy. Oh, well, then. Yes, "an unusual number" of calls all at once, I was told. The same kind of response we all get from so many of the companies we contact when are put on interminable hold. Never do we hear the honest answer: "We don't have enough employees." Very disappointed in Seacoast.
