SNI was recommended by a co-worker that has 2 separate systems for 12 years. I was almost ready to, but thanfully did not go with ADT, especially seeing ADT' s. horrible reviews. This has been my first and FOREVER security company! I give them an 11 on a 10 scale! If you like immediate call backs, amazing customer service, no contracts, and help ANYTIME by a real person, this is THE security company! Definately now a forever customer!
