This is by far was the best company I’ve done business with in regards to an alarm system and cameras. I had first talk to Chris and Jason who were extremely nice and informative!! Security options dispatched Mike and Jake, they showed up on time between their scheduled time, wearing masks also! They showed us everything, went over everything and cleaned up their mess. Mike and Jake even went out of their way to get us an electronic door lock even though they didn’t have it on their truck!! Someone from the office came out within an hour and installed it!! The cameras they installed were a basic camera, but don’t be fooled by “basic” these are some high quality basic cameras, high resolution even at night!! We switched from vivint and there is no comparison to security options. If anything goes wrong at any time, no matter what time. They will come out free of charge, service calls for anything that goes wrong that isn’t your fault is free!!! On top of everything else, the customer service and office staff are top notch friendly. I’m just disappointed I didn’t find these guys sooner!! Thanks security options for providing a top notch service and protecting my family in case anything happens which we hope won’t!!
