SecurTek has fully redundant monitoring stations in Winnipeg, MB, and Yorkton, SK so that monitoring continues even in the event of a natural disaster. SecurTek's monitoring stations are Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada (ULC) listed. ULC listed monitoring companies have met the highest national standards for monitoring, response times, and false alarms. We house our own technical support team that is armed with extensive installation and technical support training acquired via the Canadian Security Association (CANASA) to troubleshoot remote panel access and programming. Our first-level technical support is provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

SecurTek works with our Authorized Dealer Network members to provide security and monitoring solutions to customers throughout Canada. We rely on our experienced Dealers to do the sales and installation of the security systems, while we provide reliable monitoring. Our Authorized Dealers are prompt, courteous, and highly recommended.
