We have been a customer of Sentry Security for many years and at 3 different residences so over the years I have come to trust and rely on their services, equipment and people. I just had a non emergency issue with the touch pad that I couldn’t figure out - at 9:30pm - and made 1 call and 5 minutes later got a call back from a live, LOCAL technician that helped me solve the issue in less than 2 minutes.
