These guys really go above and beyond. They are super responsive and achieve a high level of satisfaction. We are really glad we are secured with Shield Security. They offer piece of mind and willing to explain things till you understand them. They did a thoroug job of explaining all the equipment and the operations of the camera's and the security system. Quality is important to our company, the equipment installed was very good quality and high tech. The level of professionalism displayed from sales to install and the customer service there after has been top notch. We would highly recommend Shield to anyone looking for a reliable company with quality equipment , employee integrity with more then fair pricing. 6 stars outta 5.
