Blake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am not a very technologically sophisticated person but he made sure that I understood all the details of what we were going to install in my new home. I felt that I was in competent and caring hands. He did not try to "push" anything on me that I didn't want but had constructive suggestions at the same time.
