I worked very closely with Brett and he was amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable, informative, responsive, and he went over and beyond with his level of customer service. I was able to get a new hard wired system change with new monitors and I changed my thermostats that I can control on an app. The SST crew were timely, followed Covid regulations by wearing their masks the entire time, they cleaned up afterwards, and explained my service. I am very happy with my experience that I received from Brett and the SST team. Thank you!
