These guys are the best. I had reviewed them previously after they had performed some work at my house and I was very happy with their work at that time and I can only say they once again have exceeded my expectations. I was having an issue with my front door sensor, I contacted customer service, we tried a couple things over the phone and when that didn't work we set up an appointment for first thing in the morning. The tech showed up right on time switched out my sensor, tested it, had me test my phone to make sure I can see the sensor as well. By the way, the tech did show up with booties for his feet as not to walk on my floors with possibly dirty shoes. I thought that was great!!! The tech was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable about the system. Again thank you SST! 5 stars from me!!!
