Andre arrived right on time for the appointment. He was extremely cordial and very professional. We are very high risk in regards to the pandemic, and he took all precautions to ensure our safety and his. Andre explained all details involved in our upgrade, and approximately how long it would take to complete the job. After the upgrade was completed, he took the time to thoroughly explain the new wireless system, and he asked my wife and I to try it out while he was there, to make sure we understood everything. We are very grateful to Andre for his excellent service and we truly appreciate the support and understanding from the Standard Security Systems staff! Thank you! John and Donna
