I was fortunate enough to have been blessed with one of the best tech person in my opinion here in the valley to install my upgraded alarm system today. His name was Steven Alvarado. He was just awesome. He was so detailed in every way. He thought out every detail prior to moving ahead with the installation. I watched him periodically as he put together the window sensors and specific codes needed to get my system up and running. He was so good at instructing me on how to program the new high alarm system panel and using the app on my phone. I just can’t say enough about him. Not forgetting his co- worker who installed the two cameras. He was also one who cared about detail, as well. Sorry, I don’t recall his name. The cameras were installed perfectly. At this point, I’m happy with my upgrade. Kudos to both of them. Mrs. Shirley Spivey.
