After dealing with an inferior security company (ADT), at my Mother in laws home I found Stone's Security in Grand Forks, ND. I dealt with Chris from the first phone call through the install. I can't tell you how much easier it was to deal with one person thru out the entire process. Once Chris and I discussed the options for my Mother in Law's situation we developed a plan that met her needs. At the time of the install we discovered so many issues that were either done incorrectly or not done at all with the previous company's installation. Chris explained everything he was doing and his attention to detail was impressive. There was no such thing as "good enough". He did it right the first time! He took time to explain everthing to my 83yr old Mother in Law. He even gave her his cellphone number and told her call if she had any questions in the future. Im sure this will be a very long term relationship and a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you Chris and Stone's Security.
