Meni installed our security camera system a few years ago and it has been working flawlessly. We recently had an issue with accessing the system that was due to user error (new employee). Even though we are well beyond the guarantee stage, he patiently walked me through the steps to get everything back in order. It felt a little awkward to call after so long, but he put my mind at ease and couldn't have been nicer. So much easier than trying to work through the manual or search the internet for solutions. It's nice to see a company that really provides customer service. Thank you.
