I m a new customer with Titan Alarm and from the initial consultation with Steve the technician, on letting me know what I need done. To when he came to install the equipment, he was polite and thorough and extremely clean when working. To Christal who helped me out on the phone, with setting up my account, how I was going to set up my payments, password and all the numerous questions I had she remained unwavering in her wanting to help me out and make sure I was completely satisfied. So long story short I would recommend Titan Alarm to anyone who wants good service from the technician to the amazing customer service! Thank you Christal and Steve great job!!!
