Because I have only had this service for about a week my review is based on the company customer service and install of hard wired camera system. For Customer service I was fortunate to work with Corrine she was always available to answer question patient, considerate and willing to do what needed to be done to make sure I was happy! For me she went above and beyond. With the install we ran into so issues but a good company is one that quick creates a solution and goes above & beyond to correct the issues. I would give titanium a A+ for doing this. They (the owner) sent out two of their best guys to make sure all was completed 100% to pro I was very happy with he end result and very happy with all they were willing to do to make me happy ! It's new company still growing so you will receive personal service which we all love !
