I would give TMS better than 5 stars if I could. I was very reluctant to use another ADT dealer because of my previous experiences, but I was surprised at how efficient, professional, attentive, and quality-focused Adam Dauphin is. I used to have California Security Pro, which is another ADT authorized dealer. However, after installation, I realized how unprofessional they are. They reel you in with pseudo-service and then leave you hanging when you actually need to communicate with them. I waited for MONTHS for them to come and fix my security system but they never came and I finally got sick of being treated like crap. THESE GUYS AT TMS ACTUALLY WANT TO DO A GOOD JOB. I purchased a camera surveillance unit and they were patient and thorough in answering my questions. I have already referred 3 friends who couldn't be happier, and would recommend TMS to anybody who wants GOOD, LASTING service.
