Richie McCulloch was THE BEST!!! As a matter of fact he has always been the best. His Tech Support was outstanding as he walked me through some Alarm/Thermostat issues. He is very knowledgeable and can walk you through any issue to resolve your problem. I have always seek Richie out or wanted him to come out to install, service, trouble shoot, my issues. He is a great asset to Trinity Wiring. The Best hands down!!!
