Urban Alarm is a great company. Th e tech. that installed my system was very knowledgeable and did a super job. When I contacted customer service with a question, they went above what was needed and promptly solved my concern. A week or two after installation, customer service phoned to see if I was happy and to make sure everything was working ok. Again, great product and great staff. I recommended Urban Alarm to all needing a great product, and great service.
