Washington Alarm is the absolute best! I had a pretty traumatizing event happen to me, intruders entered my house in December 2019. Washington Alarm promptly provided all of my alarm logs for the time period in question, they did everything possible to make me feel safe. The information they provided will be very useful when I go to court. For the 5 plus years I have had Washington Alarm’s service my equipment functioned without issue, I was able to reach a real person (a local person) any time of the day or night and everyone was always pleasant, helpful and respectful. I have decided to sale my house because of the traumatic experience I had in December with the intruders. Though I know that I am safe because of extra precautions taken, I can’t get over the psychological impact the ordeal has had on me. I highly recommended to the new owners of my house that they continue the service with Washington Alarm. In my opinion this company is outstanding. Without Washington Alarm, I would not have been able to hold the people responsible that broke into my house. There is no question if I ever need home security in the future which company I will be using, Washington Alarm.
